When you're ready to build, Wytek brings planning, design, and construction together under one roof.
Every Wytek home is built under a fixed-price construction agreement developed through our preconstruction process. Before that agreement is established, key design decisions, project requirements, allowances, specifications, and known construction costs are evaluated so the scope and price are clearly defined before construction begins.
You'll work directly with an experienced builder who understands the decisions that shaped the project and remains involved throughout construction.
